The new online store for Sea Gull Century built using a customized platform called Magento. Magento is one of the fastest growing eCommerce platforms on the market today; it allows businesses to seamlessly and efficiently launch and maintain an online store. Magento gives the event coordinators the ability to update products, details, specials, prices and other content with ease. This helps ensure that the inventory is fresh and up-to-date. Overall, the new site design is easier to navigate and provides shoppers more intuitive product categories, better product images and easier to read descriptions.

 

The Sea Gull Century is an annual cycling tour hosted by Salisbury University that draws over 8,000 participants from all over the country.  The ride is Wicomico County’s largest one-day tourism event and has an estimated annual economic impact on the Lower Shore of $2.5 million.

Care2 was in need of a web-based Risks & Needs Assessment System that allowed for professional therapists to create an account, purchase assessment screenings, and access assessment history. Vantage Point developed, supports and maintains this system.

 

Care2 provides educators, social workers and others the power to provide at-risk children and teens with the nurturing and support that they need in order to get a second chance at life. This tool measures the risk factors associated with youth violence, scoring the responses and helps clinicians gauge the intensity of potential behavior problems as well as the appropriate level / type of intervention required.
