Dana founded Beacon Technologies in the early 1990s. Since the merger that formed Vantage Point Solutions Group, he has focused on heading up the web and application development team. He constantly evaluates emerging trends in the web world and identifies how they may benefit VPSG clients.
Dana graduated from Grace College and worked as a Network Manager and IT Consultant for Principal Health Care and GC Services along with independent IT consulting
He is a member of the founding committee for the Maryland Broadband Cooperative, Past President of Salisbury Sunrise Rotary Club, Past President of Lower Shore Broadband Cooperative, Past Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Past Chair of PAC14 public access channel.
Doug founded TechSolutions in 1999. Upon merging with Beacon Technologies to form Vantage Point, Doug shifted his focus towards identifying technology trends that Vantage Point offers as well as business development.
Doug graduated from Salisbury University with a dual degree in Information Systems & Corporate Finance. He was active in the University’s Student Government and other student organizations. He is a member of the Salisbury University Foundation, Past Member of the City of Salisbury Central District Commission, Past Member of Rotary, Past Member of the American Cancer Society Board, and Past Member of Urban Salisbury.
Focusing on continuing growth, Scott heads the business development team at Vantage Point. He and the team are involved in numerous community organizations and efforts that help strengthen the Vantage Point brand and also work towards improving the communities in which we all work and live.
After more than 10 years working as an IT Consultant for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, including J&J, Merck, Union Carbide and JP Morgan, Scott founded his first tech company, Asystant, in 2002. Ten years, several mergers and significant growth later, Scott and his organization joined Vantage Point in 2012.
Scott Graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1989 with a BA in Economics. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Potomac MD.
As the Regional Services Manager in the Salisbury office, Steve Martz oversees Vantage Point’s Managed Services operations and provides general IT consulting and maintenance services for our clients.
Steve has over 15 years experience in the field and his specialties include PC repair, network design and implementation, phone systems, surveillance and access control systems, network administration, network security.
After studying at Loyola College & John Hopkins University, Steve worked as a Network Administrator in Baltimore prior to joining the Vantage Point team.
Jessica Davis is the Creative Director and manages the day-to-day operations of the Web development division.
Her specialties include website and graphic design, internet marketing, social media and branding and identity.
Jessica graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Communication Arts and minor in Business. She previously worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and has personally overseen the development of more than 75 web and graphic projects. As Creative Director, Jessica leads her team to deliver exceptional service to the client, while ensuring the flow of creativity and innovation remains consistent throughout the project from conception to the final result.
